Jennifer Manning of Habitat for Humanity Earns Nonprofit Accounting Certification
Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln (www.lincolnhabitat.org) is excited to congratulate finance director, Jennifer Manning, on becoming a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional. Manning completed the seven-course program, including a final exam, administered by the Fiscal Management Associated (FMA Institute). The nationally recognized designation certifies the expertise and commitment of nonprofit financial managers. The program specializes in teaching best practices including financial reporting, internal controls, budget development, governance, and form 990 preparation. Manning leads Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln in accounting, financial procedures and policies, and budgeting.
