John Henry’s Introduces Greta Shanahan as HR Generalist

John Henry’s Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning (jhlincoln.com) is introducing their new HR Generalist Greta Shanahan, who joined the organization in April of this year. As the head of the HR department, she will assist the team in organizational expansion, compliance, and ensuring the healthy, family-focused culture that John Henry’s has established. She brings to the business a diverse skill set and knowledge as a licensed mental health practitioner.

A David City native, Greta has a master’s degree in counseling and 19 years of experience working in human services. Her law background and mental health experience has yielded success in her growth and development within HR. She has been an HR manager for approximately five years, where duties included extensive employee training, recruitment, culture development, as well as compliance. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, Seth, and two children, Raiden and Annie.
