The Nebraska Sports Council (NSC) (nebraskasportscouncil.com) is excited to announce the hiring of Taylor Kirkpatrick as its new Director of Events. Taylor joins the organization with extensive experience in event planning and a deep passion for sports, wellness, and community engagement.
In her new role, Taylor will oversee major NSC events, including the Nebraska Showdown, Cornhusker State Games Opening Night, and the Omaha
Corporate Games. Her leadership will play a key role in enhancing participant experiences and expanding event opportunities across the state.
Taylor brings valuable experience in event planning and a passion for sports and community engagement. They’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the impact she’ll make on events and participants statewide.
The Nebraska Sports Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality competition and promoting health and wellness for amateur athletes of all ages and abilities. The Council hosts a variety of events, including the Cornhusker State Games and Nebraska DiamondFest, which draw hundreds of teams and participants each year.
