New Start Cleaning is proud to recognize one of the incredible leaders behind their success, Yadirha Mendez. Yadirha has been a valued part of their team since the beginning.
Over the years, she has grown alongside the business, learning every aspect of the cleaning industry while helping organize, build and strengthen the company into what it is today.
She began her journey cleaning alongside her mom, CoCo, while attending the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. After graduation, Yadirha decided to continue her journey with New Start Cleaning full-time, bringing her dedication, leadership and creativity to the team.
Today, Yadirha serves as their Marketing & Commercial Manager, while also assisting with bookkeeping and company organization. Her passion for marketing, leadership and helping the company grow has recently earned her a promotion to sCommercial Manager.
Beyond her work ethic, Yadirha is known for her positive attitude, sense of humor and ability to keep the team smiling even on difficult days. Having someone so young, driven and committed to the company has been truly inspiring. The team is incredibly lucky to have Yadirha as part of the New Start Cleaning family, and they cannot wait to continue watching her grow and succeed.
