Moorhead Insurance Agency LLC is excited to welcome Steve Mintie to the team as a full-time addition supporting both Moorhead Insurance and Scheffert Insurance Agency. Steve officially joined the agencies in April 2025, bringing with him a passion for people, a strong work ethic and a diverse background that makes him a natural fit for our mission and values.
Originally from Nebraska, Steve recently returned to Lincoln after living in Tillamook, Oregon, where he built strong relationships within the local farming community. He now looks forward to building similar networks here in Lincoln through outreach, collaboration and community engagement.
In his shared role between the two partner agencies, Steve will focus primarily on production, sales, marketing and networking, helping to fuel agency growth and expand the agency’s presence throughout the Lincoln area. He is currently in the process of obtaining his insurance license and is eager to begin serving clients directly with the same integrity and commitment that have defined their agencies.
Known for his people skills and enthusiasm, Steve also brings a unique personal flair to the team. He’s an avid power paraglider and photographer, interests that reflect his adventurous spirit and creative perspective qualities that complement his professional ambitions.
