Toastmasters Honors Brenda Kucera as Toastmaster of the Decade for District 24

Toastmasters (www.toastmasters.org) District 24 is pleased to honor Brenda Kucera of Grand Island as Toastmaster of the Decade. Brenda has been a Toastmaster since April of 2004. She joined to gain the confidence to speak up more during the virtual meetings she attended for her job, and to learn how to project her voice better. Through her dedication to Toastmasters, Brenda has achieved those goals and more.

During her time in Toastmasters, Brenda has served in leadership roles for District 24 during five different years. Brenda currently serves as VP Education and secretary for Grand Island’s Yakkity-Yakkers club. She has earned one “Distinguished Toastmasters” award (the highest level of educational program achievement) and recently completed the requirements for a second.
