Tabitha Health Care Services—ushering in its 125th year of service—has restructured the leadership team to meet the current and future needs of Elders throughout the 29-county service area.

Kristine Dykeman-Schoening has been named Executive Director of Continuum overseeing Case Management, Admissions, Adult Day Services and the two independent living communities, Tabitha Village in central Lincoln and Walter Apartments in Autumnwood.

Charity Ebert, RN, MSN, was promoted to Executive Director of Operations/Home Care and is responsible for oversight of Tabitha’s three home care programs: Home Health Care (Medicare Certified), Hospice (Medicare Certified), and Home Care Specialties (private pay), serving Tabitha’s entire service area. Ebert joined Tabitha in 2009 as Assistant Administrator of Tabitha Home Health Care.

Joyce Ebmeier will serve as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Communications responsible for directing and coordinating the planning, evaluation, communication and progress of Tabitha’s business and strategic plans.

Jeremy Hohlen has been named Executive Director of Operations/Living Communities with oversight of Tabitha Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and GracePointe Assisted Living, both in Lincoln, and Tabitha’s facilities in Crete—the Nursing Center and Garden Square Assisted Living—as well as managing Lakeview Care Center in Firth.

Chief Financial Officer Dave Jackson, will serve as Senior Vice President heading the Financial Services Division which supports the entire organization.
Rick Lindquist has been named Vice President of Human Resources and is now responsible for volunteers, corporate education and employee wellness and medical services.
