Central States is proud to announce it has recently purchased a new state-of-the-art four axis dual turret CNC machine. This investment will allow Central States additional machining capacity to increase throughout and reduce turn times on repairs, helping their customers get back up and running quickly. Central States has a goal to have any cylinder repaired in three days with this new capability.

Owner Tehl Keslar said, “We have worked hard since we acquired Central States in 2022 to improve the efficiency of our operation. Making this investment in this type of equipment will make us one, if not the only hydraulic repair facility to embrace this technology. In our business, downtime for customers cost businesses significant time & money, and our focus for Central States moving forward will be geared towards quality first, and speed second. We want our customers to know we can deliver!”

COO Henry Augustine believes this will open the door for new business opportunities as well. “We will be expanding into using the excess capacity to be able to machine run parts for companies. As we grow, we plan to add an evening shift that will focus on customer run parts, one-off parts, and allow for additional revenue opportunities to help service customers in manufacturing and agriculture spaces that we haven’t been able to previously.”
