Working in perfect harmony with Abby’s artistry is Max, Capital’s resident pairing expert. With an exceptional palate and a deep respect for tradition, Max has mastered the ability to match the perfect cigar with the perfect cocktail, creating pairings that surprise and delight even the most seasoned guest.
