JetSplash – Five Locally-Owned Locations Throughout Lincoln!
Give me a brief synopsis of what your company does.
In 15 years, over five million vehicles have passed through our car wash tunnels. Our washes feature the most advanced technology available, eco-friendly detergents, computer-controlled equipment, and the exceptional customer service for which JetSplash is known. JetSplash also features free vacuums and free air at all of our locations. Our dedicated and talented team members work hard to earn our customers trust and to keep them coming back. JetSplash has thousands of members who wash on an unlimited basis by paying a monthly membership price.
How long have you been in Lincoln?
JetSplash was founded in Lincoln in 2003. We opened our first car wash at Highway 2 and Pioneers, and have since expanded to five Lincoln locations.
Who are the owners/important executives?
JetSplash is locally owned and operated. Owners Matt Toombs and Ty Prucha oversee the operations on a daily basis. JetSplash has management teams and maintenance personnel assigned to each location as well as approximately 150 wash line attendants and customer sales advisors.
What do you like about doing business in Lincoln?
The Lincoln community is really supportive of locally-owned businesses, and we have been successful as a result of the strong local employee base of hardworking individuals.
What kind of community organizations/groups is your business involved with?
We have a great fundraising program that any organization or group is eligible to participate in. They sell the washes and get up to 50% of the amount sold to use for their group however they choose. We’ve had more than 50 organizations participate in our fundraising program.
What changes have you seen in the industry and your company in the past few years?
There has been an influx of investment and consolidation in the car wash industry in the last few years. There are more wash options for the consumer as a result.
What do you see happening with the business in the next five years?
The investment in the industry doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Our goal is to continue to look for expansion opportunities as Lincoln continues to grow and thrive.
What was the biggest turning point in your business?
The biggest turning point in JetSplash history would have to be the introduction of our Unlimited Monthly Membership, along with the introduction of our free vacuums.
What is the most unique or interesting thing about your business that most people don’t know?
The level of effort we put into ensuring the highest-quality finished product and optimal customer experience.
