Tell us a little about your business. – ALLO Business (allocommunications.com) delivers a comprehensive suite of technology solutions designed to help businesses stay connected, secure, and productive. From high-speed fiber internet to managed IT and cybersecurity services, we help organizations improve effi ciency, strengthen security, and support long-term growth.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – ALLO Business recently integrated a separate company that brought Managed Services, Compliance and Cybersecurity solutions into our product portfolio. Gearing up the rest of the business to Sell, Provision, Install and Support these complex solutions for our customers has been a very rewarding challenge.
Tell us a little about your family. – My wife Sheila and I have been married for 27 years (I think), and we have a 21 year old son Sam, and a 14 year old son Caleb!
What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – Not work! My son Sam and I both have old cars, and we enjoy working on those. My son Caleb is a fan of all swimming pools, so we spend a lot of time at the YMCA at the pool!
If you could choose only one descriptive word to be remembered as, what would it be? – Memorable. Whether you enjoyed our time together, or fi nd me annoying, I just hope you remember our interactions.
If you had a theme song, what would it be? – The theme song from the best 80’s sitcom “The Facts of Life”. I always loved Tootie’s hair!
If you could have a super power, what would it be? – The ability to make people relax. We get so caught up in the day to day stresses and disagreements, it’s good to just relax and chat sometimes.
If you could choose any other profession to be successful in, what would it be? – I’d be an astronaut because that means I’d be super smart! Not smart like wearing a diaper to drive all the way across the country, but smart like landing on the moon!
What is your favorite movie? – I think this would be No Country for Old Men. I really like all the main characters, and their journeys. Even Woody Harrelson who’s character has a bit too much ego in that movie.
If you could have dinner with one famous person from the past or present, who would it be? – Is my wife considered famous? Other than to me?!? Ok, I guess not. Other than my wife, I’d probably go with Benjamin Franklin, so we can talk about where we’ve gone as a country and what we’ve achieved. He seems like a thoughtful person who would be fun to talk to.
