The Waterford will never replace your home, but they promise to try and make their communities feel like you never left home. At the Waterford, they do everything they can to ensure that you always feel at home. Their Assisted Living Program is intentionally designed to instill a sense of community for their guests, creating small and tight-knit communities. At the Waterford, they believe in flexible accommodations for all residents. You will not find minimum stay lengths at any of their facilities.
The Assisted Living Program provides residents with ‘assistance’. It is offered for those in need of help with one or more Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Residents may receive as much or as little help as they wish since Assisted Living is family, physician and resident driven. A nurse (RN or LPN) is available around the clock.
Additionally, Waterford offers Memory Care Services. Watching a loved one struggle with Dementia or Alzheimer’s is never easy. As once vivid memories begin to fade, it can be difficult to know how best to care for them. At the Waterford, they strive to ensure all their residents are not only safe and healthy but cared for and respected. Every resident receives a specialized memory care plan tailored to their unique medical needs and personality. They use this plan to engage your loved one daily and provide the highest level of care. No need to be worried for your loved ones. They have around the clock response teams to provide support and assistance whenever it is needed. Waterford puts the utmost emphasis on selecting and training team members that best exemplify the “Three C’s”: Customer Service, Commitment to Dignity and Compassion towards their guests.
