Downtown Business News
Grateful Greens Gourmet Chopped Salads Now Open | Centennial Mall & O Street | http://www.gratefulgreenssalad.com/
Grateful Greens opened its doors earlier this month at 1451 O Street, a spot once filled by Inna’s Pirogi and Roost. Like an emerald in the rough, the new restaurant is eager to be found by those who possess a green palate, and is more than ready to fulfill the role of a more nutritive and wholesome option for those looking to eat downtown.

The locally owned restaurant specializes in salads, but also offers a number of soups and wraps. Customers create their own salad or wrap by choosing their size (small bowl or wrap, or large bowl), picking their greens (Arugula, Iceberg, Mixed Greens, Romaine or Spinach), choosing five of the 45 regular toppings, selecting premium toppings (for an additional charge) and then selecting one of the 12 dressings that they offer.
