bread&cup (breadandcup.com), founded by Kevin and Karen Shinn in 2007, has announced the sale of the restaurant assets to Food For Thought LLC, an investment group led by Lincoln businessman and community leader Nick Cusick. Kevin will remain as the Executive Chef, the creative force behind bread&cup and as a part of the management team. Megan Kritenbrink, who has been with bread&cup for four years in a lead kitchen role, has assumed a General Manager’s role. Watch for facility upgrades and special 10th Anniversary offerings in the coming weeks and months!
