The annual Fall Parade of Homes is almost here. Once again, our builders, subcontractors and suppliers have created wonderful homes for the public to tour. We are very fortunate here in Lincoln to have so many excellent craftsmen who take pride in their workmanship. A new home can create options for sustainability, energy efficiency, new floor plans, added space or more modern features. Interest rates are amazingly low, but are predicted to climb. Now is the time to leap into the home of your dreams.
The Parade is October 6-13 with 33 homes located in all areas of Lincoln. Hours are weekdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Guidebooks are available at any Parade home, and it is free to view all homes in the parade.
