Cornhusker Bank is pleased to announce Jessica Langenberg as the winner of the company’s Golden Apple Award of Excellence for 2010. This award is presented annually to the staff member best representing bank standards for excellence.
Ms. Langenberg serves as the bank’s training specialist. Her responsibilities include analyzing training and development needs within the bank. She then develops, implements and evaluates programs answering those needs. Jessica also conducts new hire orientations.
Jessica is noted for her consistently professional, positive and energetic attitude. She exemplifies the bank’s 360 operating model by embracing a willingness to enhance our employee training and experience, which ultimately serves to surround both Cornhusker Bank’s staff and customers with excellence.
