Husker Rehab would like to congratulate the following five exceptional student-employees for their recent graduations and postgraduate plans: Callie Evans – Nebraska Wesleyan Bachelors of Science, Starting P.T. School this fall at UNMC; Morgan Hall – Accepted and starts P.T. school this fall at UNMC; Christina Yemm – Accepted to P.T. school at Midwestern University at Glendale Arizona and will be starting in June;
Nick Reimers – University of Nebraska Bachelors, College of Education and Human Sciences, future plans to be determined. Former intern Josh tenBensel also just graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at UNMC.
Husker Rehab takes great pride in all their interns and has one of the highest acceptance rates into postgraduate colleges around. Each year, the clinic hires college students with a desire to pursue an advanced degree and profession in the field of health sciences. These students receive valuable work experience and have direct interaction with physical therapists and their clients in gaining practical experience in the field giving them the confidence they need to advance opportunities in the area of health care.
