Talent Plus® (www.talentplus.com) has acquired TalentMine®, a performance-based talent assessment system that assists health care companies to select and engage talent optimizing patient service, quality, safety and efficiency. Their principal, Dr. Courtney McCashland, has joined Talent Plus as full-time associate.

McCashland most recently served as President of Global Science & Strategy for IBM’s Smarter Workforce and as President of Kenexa’s Global Assessment Division, where TalentMine® selected and developed talent for leading health care providers. Partnering with Marcus Buckingham, McCashland co-founded Strengths Research, the company that pioneered the original TalentMine job and culture match as well as the strengths assessments for Buckingham’s best-selling books. She also led Gallup’s early research on employee engagement and worked as the lead consultant with Buckingham. McCashland has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California and undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
