Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln Hires New Construction Manager Chris Warfield

Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln (Habitat Lincoln; lincolnhabitat.org) is excited to announce the hiring of its new construction manager, Chris Warfield. Warfield began in the newly-created position in August 2018 and will manage Habitat Lincoln’s construction program, including new construction and repairs.

Warfield is no stranger to Habitat for Humanity, prior to joining the Habitat Lincoln team, he was a construction site supervisor at Habitat for Humanity of Dane County in Madison, WI. He has also worked at a Habitat affiliate in Mississippi. Warfield started his Habitat career in Texas where he was a volunteer and then became a team leader. Warfield earned a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University and a master’s degree from the University of Denver.

Habitat Lincoln has committed to increasing its housing production over the next three years, enabling it to serve more low-income families. Habitat Lincoln homeowners work alongside volunteers to build their homes and purchase them from Habitat Lincoln through affordable mortgages.
