Kenl Inn Managers Attend Pet Care Services Educational Conference & Trade Show

Emily Ruwe and Rachel Smith, two of the managers at Kenl Inn (kenl-inn.com), attended the International Boarding & Pet Services Association’s (IBPSA) 7th Annual Pet Care Services Educational Conference & Trade Show, which was held October 1–3 at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa near Palm Springs, CA. IBPSA is the pet care services industry’s professional trade association. They are on a mission to provide the education and resources that pet care facilities need to create the safest and most professional environment for your pets—which is the mission of Kenl Inn, too.

Conference session topics, presented by industry experts, included pet care staff education, customer service, canine enrichment, caring for stressed, anxious, and depressed pets, and even cyber safety. There were also sessions focused on helping attendees make sure their business is a successful one so that they can be there long term for you and your pets.

Emily and Rachel had the opportunity to meet with exhibitors offering products and services designed to improve their level of service—from facility maintenance to cutting-edge technology for improved customer service. Even when having fun outside of the sessions, the presence of other pet care providers from across the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, and Italy created a unique opportunity to learn from others dedicated to providing premier pet care.

Set on 44 acres just outside of Lincoln, Kenl Inn has grown to be the area’s premier boarding, training, and grooming facility. Learn more online at kenl-inn.com or call (402) 488-8190.
